Karabo Masoko Pr Tech Eng

Managing Director

B. Tech Elec. Eng | BSc Hons. Tech. Management | MSAIEE

Karabo is a registered professional Technologist with qualifications in Electrical Engineering and Technology Management from the University of Johannesburg, Tshwane University of Technology, and University of Pretoria. With international training from ABB and Thai-Trafo Manufacturers in Thailand, he brings decades of experience in transformer design, specialising in active parts up to 400kV and 500MVA. Karabo is also a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor and has led engineering projects across design, quality, process engineering. production, testing, and maintenance of transformers, miniature substations, motors, and pumps.

Kefilwe Molokwane

FINANCE

Kefilwe holds a National Diploma in Business Management and has completed FAIS Compliance training. She has extensive experience in financial processing, customer service, and sales, including handling high volume transactions as a cash centre teller, working as a customer service agent in the courier industry, and serving as a sales representative in the insurance sector. She brings strong administrative, financial, and client service expertise to Volt Amp Technologies, ensuring efficient, accurate, and up to date record management systems.

Gerald Motsusi

LOGISTICS | PROCUREMENT | MAINTENANCE

Gerald holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Vaal University of Technology. Since joining Volt Amp Technologies in July 2021, he has progressed from a P1/P2 student to Project Manager, gaining valuable experience in the electrical engineering field. As a team leader in Engineering Design and Procurement Development, Gerald plays a key role in supportingefficient order processing and production while ensuring all projects meet the required customer specifications.

Boony Sebothoma

SALES | PROJECTS

Mr Sebothoma holds a Trade Test qualification in Electrical Engineering. With over a decade of experience in the electrical and transformer industry, he has developed strong expertise in transformer fabrication, component selection, assembly, and testing. His experience also extends to handling client enquiries, preparing quotations, processing orders, project management, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Rudzani Mufamadi

SALES | PROJECTS

Rudzani holds a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Trade Theory, and a Total Quality Managment qualification at NQF Level 6 from UNISA. With over 10 years experience in ISO 9001 QMS, she is skilled in internal auditing, risk assessment, and quality assurance processes. Her experience includes conducting internal audits, implementing and maintaining the QMS, conducting and overseeing production processes.

Stephens Ntlhoro

SALES | PROJECTS

Stephens Ntlhoro is a Senior Technician Transformers and External sales at Volt Amp Technologies with over four years of experience in the engineering field. A qualified electrician with a Trade Test, he specialises in transformer testing, diagnostics, installations, and commissioning. He also prepares technical proposals and quotations, conduct site assessments for transformer sizing, and provides after sales technical support.

Piet Tere Mathumetse

ENGINEERING & DESIGN

Mr Mathumetse is an Engineering Leader at Volt Amp Technologies with over four years of experience in electrical engineering. A qualified Electrician with a Trade Test, he leads multidisciplinary teams in the design and manufacturing of electrical equipment. Hi sresponsibilities include overseeing FATs, quality control, and technical troubleshooting, while providing guidance on protection schemes, thermal design, and high voltage testing.

Kutlwano Molefe

SHE OFFICER

Mrs Molefe is a SHE Officer at Volt Amp Technologies with over three years of experience in OHSE management. She oversees SHE Compliance across the company’s workshop and site service operations, ensuring adherence to the OHS Act, SANS, ISO 45001 & 14001 standards. Her responsibilities are conducting risk assessments, safety audits, incident investigations, safety inductions, and toolbox talks, and managing contractors SHE documents.

Chantel Phiri

HUMAN RESOURCES

Mrs Phiri heads Human Resources at Volt Amp Technologies and has over four years of experience in HR management, business advisory, and project management. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management and plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Her responsibilities are managing recruitment and onboarding, overseeing HR compliance, employment equity, and skills development initiatives.
